About the Winery

Domaine Jolly et Fils is a family estate in Maligny, at the gateway to Chablis. Denis Jolly took over in 1988 and now farms 17.5 hectares of Chardonnay, the only permitted variety in Chablis. The estate produces wines across three appellations: Petit Chablis, Chablis, and Chablis 1er Cru Fourchaume (including the L'Homme Mort climat). The family also offers guest accommodation in a Gîte de France-rated cottage for up to 6 people.
