About the Winery

After 10 years of experience in Languedoc and Provence, Pierre Deshors, an agronomist and oenologist, returned to his native region in 2007 to take over this 10.5-hectare estate. The emblem of the domaine is the ancient castle topped with a bell tower in the winegrowing village of Le Crest in the Auvergne region. The estate produces wines from the Côtes d'Auvergne appellation, including white, red, Rose, and sparkling wines, available for tasting by appointment year-round.
