About the Winery
The Morin family has cultivated vines in Chitry since the 18th century. Olivier Morin returned to the family estate in 1992 after a career in media and music, taking over from his father Michel. The estate now farms 14 hectares in organic conversion in the Yonne department, complemented by a négociant activity. Known particularly for Bourgogne Chitry wines, the estate produces consistent quality whites from Chardonnay and Aligoté.
“A family estate in Chitry since the 18th century, with 14 hectares farmed in organic conversion.”
