About the Winery
The Séguinot family has been documented in Maligny, Chablis, since 1590. Jean-François Bordet took over the estate from his grandfather Roger Séguinot in 1998 and expanded it to 15 hectares, with vineyards on the right bank of the Serein River on Kimmeridgian soils. In 2002, he added a négociant activity. The estate produces Chablis from Petit Chablis to Grand Cru, including holdings in the Premier Cru Fourchaume and Grand Cru Vaudésir. Certified HVE, the domaine is known for its traditional approach and quality-focused winemaking.
“A historic Chablis estate dating to 1590, producing wines from Petit Chablis to Grand Cru on Kimmeridgian soils.”
