About the Winery
The Bauget family has been involved in Champagne since the 19th century, established as négociants since 1973. They farm 13.5 hectares across the southern slopes of Épernay, the Côte des Blancs, and the Marne Valley. The house produces Champagne from the three classic varieties: Chardonnay (around 50%), Pinot Meunier (around 40%), and Pinot Noir (around 10%). Bauget-Jouette is committed to environmentally respectful viticulture, working towards HVE certification, and vinifies all wines in their historic 18th-century cellars in Épernay.
“A family Champagne house since the 19th century, crafting wines from 13.5 hectares across Épernay and the Côte des Blancs.”
