Château Vari

About the Winery

Château Vari is a historic estate in Monbazillac, Southwest France, with origins dating to the 17th century. Yann Jestin, an oenologist and wine broker, settled on the 24-hectare estate in 1994 and began organic conversion in 2009, achieving certification in 2012. Together with his wife Sylvie, they also operate a wine bar and fine grocery store. The estate produces Monbazillac sweet wines, Bergerac red and white wines, and Vin de France, all crafted from organically grown grapes.
