About the Winery

Domaine Carrette is a family estate in the heart of Pouilly-Fuissé, at the foot of the iconic Roche de Vergisson. Founded in 1980 when Henri Carrette purchased a large house with a vaulted cellar, the estate has grown to 17 hectares managed by Hervé Carrette and his oenologist wife Nathalie since 2003. The domaine is in organic conversion since 2020 (certified organic from the 2023 vintage) and produces exclusively white wines from Chardonnay: Pouilly-Fuissé, Saint-Véran, Mâcon Milly-Lamartine, and Bourgogne Aligoté. Their wines are known for purity, freshness, and terroir expression.
