About the Winery

Château de Fesles is an iconic estate in the Loire Valley, built in the 11th century on the fourth highest hilltop of the region. Located in the Bonnezeaux appellation near the Layon River, the estate benefits from an exceptional geographical position that produces classically elegant and complex wines. In July 2008, the Grands Chais de France group acquired the estate from Bernard Germain. The 43-hectare domaine is now certified organic since the 2022 vintage and HVE certified since 2019. The estate offers wine tourism experiences including tastings, visits, and food and wine pairing workshops.
