About the Winery

Domaine des Sénéchaux is one of the oldest vineyards in Châteauneuf-du-Pape, dating back to the 14th century. The estate takes its name from the principal parcels located in the Bois Sénéchaux district. In 2006, the Cazes family, owners of the prestigious Château Lynch-Bages in Pauillac, acquired the domaine and has since continued the work of revitalizing the vineyards. The 26-hectare estate produces full-bodied red wines and fleshy, aromatic white wines that reflect the richness of their terroir, blending Grenache, Syrah, and Mourvèdre.
