About the Winery

Marzolf is a family wine estate in Gueberschwihr, in the Haut-Rhin department of Alsace. The family has been cultivating vines since 1640, with the current estate founded in 1904 when Paul Marzolf came to Gueberschwihr. Today, the fourth generation (Fabien and Sébastien) took over in 2017, continuing the family tradition. The estate produces wines from the Grand Cru Goldert vineyard, which sits between 230-330 meters on oolitic limestone and marl soils. They craft a full range of Alsace wines including Riesling, Gewurztraminer, Pinot Gris, Pinot Blanc, Pinot Noir, Sylvaner, and Muscat, as well as Crémant d'Alsace and late-harvest wines (Vendanges Tardives and Sélection de Grains Nobles). The estate welcomes visitors for tastings and can accommodate groups of up to 50 people.
