Château Lamothe-Vincent is an estate in Montignac, in the Entre-Deux-Mers region of Bordeaux. The château produces wines from the classic Bordeaux grape varieties including Sauvignon Blanc, Sémillon, Muscadelle for whites, and Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Cabernet Franc for reds. The Entre-Deux-Mers is a large region between the Garonne and Dordogne rivers, known primarily for its crisp, aromatic white wines made from Sauvignon Blanc. The estate also produces red wines under the Bordeaux and Bordeaux Supérieur appellations. The clay-limestone and gravel soils of the region, combined with the maritime climate, produce wines of freshness and elegance.
