Château Cavalier is an estate in Vidauban, in the Côtes de Provence appellation. The château produces wines that exemplify the modern Provençal style, with a focus on fresh, elegant Roses as well as expressive reds and whites. Vidauban is situated in the central Var department, where the vineyards benefit from abundant sunshine and the cooling influence of the Mediterranean Sea.
