Domaine Pardon et Fils
About the Winery
Domaine Pardon et Fils is a family estate in Beaujeu, the historic capital of the Beaujolais region. The Pardon family has been producing wine for several generations, crafting wines from the Gamay grape that defines the region. Beaujeu sits at the northern end of Beaujolais, where the granite soils of the crus give way to more diverse terroirs. The estate produces wines across several Beaujolais appellations, from light, fruity Beaujolais and Beaujolais-Villages to more structured wines from the northern crus. The domaine practices sustainable viticulture and traditional winemaking methods, including whole-cluster fermentation, to produce wines that faithfully express the joyful, fruity character of Gamay.
“A family estate crafting Gamay wines in the historic heart of Beaujolais.”
