About the Winery

In 2007, Béatrice Hertz took over from her father Victor on the family estate located 10 km south of Colmar. She seeks to express the different terroirs of her 8-hectare estate, spread across three winegrowing villages around Colmar: Herrlisheim, Wettolsheim and Wintzenheim. The estate is certified HVE (High Environmental Value) and produces a range of Alsace wines including Riesling, Pinot Gris, Gewurztraminer, Pinot Blanc and Pinot Noir, reflecting the diversity of soils in this southern Alsace region.
