About the Winery
The winegrowers of Cabestany, Alenya, Villeneuve-de-la-Raho, Elne and Saint-Nazaire joined together in 2010 under the name C.A.V.E.S. cooperative. From this union, the commercial company Terroirs Romans was born, its name inspired by the richness of Romanesque art in their towns, such as the cloister of Elne. The company markets the production (13,500 hectolitres) of 50 winegrowers who exploit 290 hectares in the Roussillon region. They produce wines across various appellations of the Languedoc-Roussillon region.
“A cooperative union of 50 growers across 290 hectares in Roussillon, marketing wines inspired by the region's Romanesque heritage.”
