About the Winery
Champagne Falmet-Collot is a family estate inherited from several generations of grape growers. Michel Falmet specialised the estate and developed champagne marketing from 1970. His daughter Corinne Falmet-Collot took over in 2004. The property covers just over 3 hectares near Bar-sur-Aube in the Aube department, on the southern edge of Champagne. The estate produces champagnes that reflect the terroir of this region, with Pinot Noir being the dominant grape variety in the Aube.
