Earl hubert Meyer
About the Winery
The Meyer family has been passing down the vine from father to son since 1722 in Blienschwiller, southern Alsace. Hubert Meyer developed bottle sales, and his son Pierre joined him in 2009 before taking over the estate in 2014. The domain now covers 23 hectares spread across varied terroirs around Blienschwiller and the neighbouring communes of Dambach-la-Ville, Nothalten and Epfig, south of Barr. The jewel of the property is their parcels in the Winzenberg, the Grand Cru of Blienschwiller. The estate has been certified organic since 2023 and produces a range of Alsace varietals including Riesling, Gewurztraminer, Pinot Gris, Pinot Noir and Crémant d'Alsace.
