Domaine Serres-Mazard
About the Winery
Domaine Serres-Mazard is a 55-hectare estate near Lagrasse in the Corbières region of Languedoc, bearing the names of the grandparents who established it. Run by Jean-Pierre and Annie Mazard, along with Damien and Marie-Pierre, the estate is certified HVE3 and welcomes visitors with its gîtes and botanical trails that showcase the wild flora of the garrigue. Fascinated by history and botany, Jean-Pierre Mazard has developed the domain to allow visitors to discover the wildlife through routes including the 'Path of Orchids' where rare wild orchids like the Ophrys Scolopax can be observed. The estate produces fresh and tasty white cuvées and powerful, sunny red wines that reveal all the perfumes of the garrigue and ripe fruits.
