Pascale Calvel
About the Winery
Pascale Calvel took over the family estate in 1996, separating from some vineyard plots to plant better ones and creating her own cellar, leaving the cooperative. Her 30-hectare domain lies between the Massif de Fontfroide and the low hills of Boutenac in the Corbières appellation. She produces wines in the Corbières and Corbières-Boutenac appellations, including white wines from Marsanne, Roussanne and Vermentino. In 2011, her cuvée Pascale 2010 won a bronze medal at the Corbières competition. The domain also features a cuvée named after Pascale, a white wine that reflects the terroir of this Languedoc region.
