About the Winery
The Union de Producteurs de Saint-Émilion is a cooperative cellar founded in the 1930s, bringing together 164 winegrowers cultivating 750 hectares of vines across the Saint-Émilion and Saint-Émilion Grand Cru appellations. The cooperative is the largest producer in the Saint-Émilion appellation, with an annual production of approximately 4.6 million bottles. The facility is equipped with modern technology including an optical sorting machine and 5,000-barrel aging cellar. The cooperative produces a wide range of wines under several brands, and welcomes visitors for tours and tastings throughout the year. The Union is certified Haute Valeur Environnementale (HVE) for its environmental practices.
