Domaine de Méjane is a family winery located in Saint-Jean-de-la-Porte in the Savoie region of the French Alps. The estate produces wines from several Savoie appellations, working with indigenous Alpine grape varieties including Jacquère, Altesse, Mondeuse, and Persan. The vineyards are planted on the steep, terraced slopes of the Combe de Savoie, benefiting from a mountain climate with significant diurnal temperature variation. The domaine represents the tradition of Alpine winemaking, producing crisp, refreshing white wines and light, aromatic reds that pair perfectly with the local cuisine, particularly the famous Savoie cheeses.
