Domaine de la Fouquette is a family winery located in Les Mayons in the heart of Provence. The estate produces wines from the Côtes de Provence appellation, working with classic Provencal grape varieties including Grenache, Syrah, Cinsault, and Vermentinu (Rolle). The vineyards are situated in the interior of Provence, benefiting from a warm Mediterranean climate and limestone soils that give the wines their freshness and character. The domaine is particularly known for its Roses, which capture the essence of Provencal wine style with their pale color, delicate aromatics, and refreshing palate. The estate also produces red and white wines.
