About the Winery

Château la Roubine (SCEA la Roubine) is a wine estate located in the prestigious Gigondas appellation of the southern Rhône Valley. The estate produces powerful, structured red wines from Grenache, Syrah, and Mourvèdre, the classic Rhône grape varieties. The vineyards are planted at the foot of the dramatic Dentelles de Montmirail mountains, on a terroir of limestone marl and sand that gives Gigondas wines their distinctive character. The estate practices careful vineyard management and traditional winemaking to produce wines that express the full potential of this elevated Cru. Gigondas wines are known for their depth, complexity, and aging potential, often compared favorably to neighboring Châteauneuf-du-Pape.
