About the Winery

Domaine de la Sanglière is a family winery located in Bormes-les-Mimosas, one of the most beautiful villages in Provence. The estate is perched on hills overlooking the Mediterranean Sea, surrounded by the lush vegetation that gives the village its name (mimosas). The domaine produces wines from the Côtes de Provence appellation, working with classic Provencal grape varieties including Grenache, Syrah, Cinsault, and Mourvèdre. The vineyards benefit from an exceptional maritime climate and schist soils, producing wines of freshness and character. The estate is particularly known for its Roses, which capture the essence of Provence, as well as its reds and whites.
