Domaine des Lauriers is a family winery located in Castelnau-de-Guers in the Languedoc region, near the historic town of Pézenas. The estate specializes in producing Picpoul de Pinet, a fresh, crisp white wine that has gained significant popularity. The vineyards are planted on limestone and clay soils near the Étang de Thau lagoon, benefiting from maritime influences that contribute to the wine's freshness and minerality. In addition to Picpoul de Pinet, the estate produces a range of Languedoc wines including reds and Roses from traditional Mediterranean grape varieties. The domaine represents the new generation of Languedoc producers focused on quality and terroir expression.
