Champagne Deutz
About the Winery
Champagne Deutz is a historic Champagne house founded in 1838 in Aÿ by William Deutz and Pierre-Hubert Geldermann. The house has built its reputation on a commitment to quality and terroir expression, producing champagnes that are known for their elegance, finesse, and balance. Deutz owns significant vineyard holdings, including parcels in Grand Cru villages, which ensures exceptional quality for its champagnes. The house produces a range of cuvées from its Brut Classic to prestige offerings like the Amour de Deutz and the legendary Cuvée William Deutz. The cellars are located in the historic village of Aÿ, one of Champagne's most prestigious terroirs. In 1993, the house became part of the Roederer Group, while maintaining its distinct identity and commitment to excellence.
