La Vinsobraise is a cooperative winery located in the charming village of Vinsobres in the southern Rhône Valley. Established as a cooperative, it brings together local winegrowers who cultivate vineyards on the rolling hills surrounding the village. The winery produces wines under the Vinsobres AOC, which was elevated to Cru status in 2006, recognizing the exceptional quality of its terroir. The vineyards are planted primarily with Grenache and Syrah, benefiting from a Mediterranean climate with significant diurnal temperature variation due to the proximity of the Dentelles de Montmirail. The cooperative produces a range of red wines known for their power, elegance, and aging potential, characteristic of the Vinsobres appellation.
