About the Winery

Domaine Adèle Rouzé was established in 2003 by Adèle Rouzé, daughter of Jacques Rouzé, after studies in wine law. She works with her brother Côme, an oenologist and winemaker, from vine cultivation through vinification. The 12-hectare estate is planted exclusively with Sauvignon Blanc on sandy and gravelly soils over clay subsoil in the Quincy and Brinay appellations. The vines range from young to old, providing wines that combine the freshness of youth with the depth and length of older vines. Quincy was the first vineyard in the Centre-Loire to obtain AOC status in 1936. The estate practices sustainable viticulture and is a member of Vignerons Indépendants de France. Adèle is dedicated to promoting Quincy wines internationally, with distribution in Europe and the USA.
