About the Winery

Christian Moreau Père et Fils is a six-generation family estate in Chablis, now led by Fabien Moreau. The domaine owns 12 hectares of Chablis Grand Cru vineyards (Les Clos, Clos des Hospices - a Moreau family exclusive, Valmur, Vaudésir, and Blanchot), as well as Chablis 1er Cru Vaillon, Chablis, and Petit Chablis. All grapes are hand-picked, from Petit Chablis to Grand Cru. The domaine has been certified organic by Ecocert since 2012 conversion. Their modern, functional winery is in the heart of Chablis country at the foot of the famous Grand Crus vineyards. The estate also maintains a historic 17th-century cellar in central Chablis.
