About the Winery
Domaine Passot-Collonge is a 6-hectare estate with winemaking roots dating back to the mid-19th century. Bernard and Monique Passot established their domaine in 1990, and since 2016 Monique has managed the property alone, supported by her son Jean-Guillaume after Bernard's retirement. The estate offers a diverse range of cuvées across multiple Beaujolais crus. Located in Villié-Morgon, the domaine produces wines from Morgon and other Beaujolais crus appellations, primarily from Gamay grapes grown on the granite and schist soils characteristic of the region.
“A 6-hectare Beaujolais estate with roots from the mid-19th century, producing diverse cuvées across multiple crus.”
