About the Winery

Château la Loge is a small 6-hectare estate in the Fronton appellation of Southwest France that was reborn in 2018 under the impetus of Maxime and Audrey Touzet. The vineyard had been abandoned for several years before the couple took over and engaged organic conversion, achieving certification in 2021. Located in Villematier near Toulouse, the estate produces Fronton wines from the local Négrette grape variety, known for producing distinctive, aromatic red wines with peppery notes. The domaine represents a story of revival and commitment to organic viticulture.
