Sarl les vins de Vienne
About the Winery
Les Vins de Vienne was created in 1996 by three renowned winemakers from the right bank of the Rhône: Yves Cuilleron, Pierre Gaillard, and François Villard. Their initial goal was to revive the ancient Seyssuel vineyards located upstream of Vienne, replanting Syrah and Viognier on the hillsides. Since then, the domaine has expanded to cover 28 hectares, including 12 hectares on the Seyssuel hillsides and 16 hectares across the Northern Rhône appellations. They produce wines from prestigious appellations including Côte Rôtie, Condrieu, Saint-Joseph, Saint-Péray, Crozes-Hermitage, Brézème, and Cornas, as well as IGP Collines Rhodaniennes wines (Sotanum, Héluicum, and Taburnum). The company also operates as a négociant vinificateur, sourcing grapes throughout the Rhône Valley.
