About the Winery

The Boutillez family has been established in Villers-Marmery since the 15th century. Marc Boutillez, who settled in 1980, is joined by his daughter Manon in cultivating just over 5 hectares in this Premier Cru village, one of the rare sites on the Montagne de Reims where Chardonnay dominates. Their Champagnes reflect the unique terroir of this area, producing elegant Blanc de Blancs and other cuvées. The domaine represents a traditional family approach to Champagne production, with a focus on quality and terroir expression.
