About the Winery

Domaine Gilles Noblet is a family-owned winery in the heart of Fuissé in southern Burgundy, passed down through generations since 1936. The estate covers more than 11 hectares (expanded to 12 hectares) and is managed by Mylène Noblet Durand, who took over from her parents in July 2017. The domaine specializes in producing exceptional white wines from the Chardonnay grape, including Pouilly-Fuissé, Pouilly-Loché, and Mâcon-Fuissé appellations. Their vineyards feature clay-limestone soils that impart distinctive minerality and complexity to their wines. In recent years, the domaine has engaged in organic conversion.
