About the Winery

Domaine Patrick et Christophe Bonnefond is a family estate founded in 1990 in Ampuis, in the heart of the Côte-Rôtie appellation. The domaine covers 10 hectares, with 7.5 hectares in Côte-Rôtie, 1 hectare in Condrieu, and the remainder producing IGP Syrah and Viognier. Patrick and Christophe Bonnefond manage the estate, joined by Christophe's daughter Léa in 2019. The vineyards are planted on the famous Côte-Rôtie terroir with its schist, granite, and gneiss soils on steep hillsides. The domaine produces several cuvées of Côte-Rôtie from different terroirs including Coteaux de Rozier, Rochains, and Semons, as well as Condrieu from Cote Châtillon.
