About the Winery
Christophe Camu is a vigneron in the Chablis region of Burgundy. The estate produces wines from Chardonnay in the various appellations of the Chablis region, from Petit Chablis to Chablis Grand Cru. The vineyards benefit from the region's unique Kimmeridgian soils, composed of fossil-rich marl and limestone that give Chablis wines their characteristic minerality and freshness. The domaine crafts wines using traditional Burgundian methods, with fermentation and aging in stainless steel tanks to preserve the pure expression of the Chardonnay grape and the distinctive Chablis terroir.
“A Chablis vigneron crafting Chardonnay wines from Kimmeridgian soils, from Petit Chablis to Grand Cru.”
