Florian Frachet is a vigneron in Maynal, in the Côtes du Jura appellation. The estate produces wines from classic Jura grape varieties including Chardonnay and Savagnin for whites, and Poulsard, Trousseau, and Pinot Noir for reds. The vineyards are planted on the characteristic marl and limestone soils of the Jura region, producing wines with the distinctive character and aging potential for which the Jura is renowned. The domaine crafts both traditional oxidative wines and more modern styles, reflecting the diversity of Jura winemaking.
