Laurent Bresson is a vigneron in Restigné, in the Bourgueil appellation of the Loire Valley. The estate produces wines from Cabernet Franc on the region's distinctive terroirs: the gravelly soils along the Loire River and the limestone slopes with tuffeau stone cellars. The domaine crafts wines in the classic Bourgueil style, ranging from light and fruity wines for early consumption to more structured, age-worthy wines from the limestone terroir. The estate represents the traditional winemaking approach of the Bourgueil appellation with its long history of Cabernet Franc cultivation.
