About the Winery
Domaine Roux is a family estate in Quincy, one of the oldest AOCs in the Loire Valley (established in 1936). The domaine covers 20 hectares of vines in Quincy and 10 hectares in Reuilly. Pierre and Jean-Marie Roux manage the estate, producing wines from Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot Noir, and Pinot Gris. The vineyards are planted on sandy-gravel soils over limestone and clay-limestone, producing wines with distinctive freshness and minerality. The estate has been passed down through several generations, maintaining a commitment to quality and terroir expression.
“A family estate in Quincy and Reuilly, crafting wines from Sauvignon Blanc and Pinot Noir across 30 hectares of sandy-gravel terroir.”
