Henri Bourdin is a vigneron in Bourgueil, in the Loire Valley. The estate produces wines from Cabernet Franc, the signature grape variety of the Bourgueil appellation. The vineyards benefit from the region's two distinct terroirs: the gravelly soils near the Loire River (giving lighter, more elegant wines) and the tuffeau limestone slopes (producing more structured, age-worthy wines). The domaine crafts wines that reflect the classic style of Bourgueil, with the characteristic freshness and elegance of Loire Valley Cabernet Franc.
