Frédéric Lambert manages a 6-hectare family estate in Poligny, in the heart of the Jura wine region. The domaine produces wines from classic Jura grape varieties including Chardonnay, Savagnin, Poulsard, Trousseau, and Pinot Noir. The estate crafts wines across the full range of Jura appellations including Côtes du Jura, Arbois, and L'Étoile. Lambert focuses on traditional Jura winemaking methods, including oxidative aging for vin jaune. The domaine emphasizes artisanal production and the unique expression of the Jura terroir with its marl and limestone soils.
