Domaine Tante Alice
About the Winery
Domaine Tante Alice is located in Saint-Lager, in the Beaujolais region north of Lyon, at the foot of Mont Brouilly. The estate extends over approximately 17.9 hectares. Through the Gamay and Chardonnay grape varieties, the expertise of the winemakers expresses itself across Appellations d'Origine Contrôlée including Beaujolais Blanc, Beaujolais, Beaujolais-Villages, as well as Brouilly, Côte de Brouilly, and Morgon. The domaine was created by Jean-Paul Peyrard in 1988, joined by his wife Chrystèle Peyrard in 2001. In 2019, the estate obtained HVE3 (Haute Valeur Environnementale level 3) certification. The year 2026 marks a new chapter as Jean-Paul retires and his son Etienne Peyrard officially joins the domaine to continue the family story.
