About the Winery

The Brossette family has been established in Beaujolais since 1710, vinifying and aging their wines in the greatest tradition from father to son. Paul-André Brossette is both a nurseryman and winegrower, exploiting 23 hectares in the heart of the Pierres Dorées region. The estate's parcels are largely focused on Beaujolais and Beaujolais-Villages, with the exception of one hectare of Moulin-à-Vent and Côte-de-Brouilly. Pierre Brossette has been at the domaine since finishing school in 1995, and today manages operations while his father Paul-André remains active at 70 years old. The estate also operates a vine nursery producing one million new vines per year. The domaine is certified HVE (Haute Valeur Environnementale) since 2019. Their production includes Beaujolais Rouge, Beaujolais Rose, Bourgogne, Côte de Brouilly, Moulin à Vent, and Crémant de Bourgogne.
