About the Winery

The Clissey-Fermis family has been established on the lands of Ladaux for seven generations. Since 1995, Thierry Fermis took over the succession; today his grandson Christophe is gradually taking the reins of the vineyard, which covers 48 hectares producing three labels: Châteaux Haut-Terre-Fort, Maynard, and Chrismar (named after the children Christophe and Marine). The estate is rooted in a long family tradition and represents the continuity of a family history deeply intertwined with the Bordeaux terroir.
