About the Winery

This former mixed farm specialized in viticulture and oriented towards direct sales after Cédric Allion's installation in 1999. The winegrower operates 37 hectares covering the hillsides of Thésée and Monthou-sur-Cher, on the right bank of the Cher, not far from the Château de Chenonceaux. The estate produces wines from the Touraine, Touraine-Chenonceaux, and Crémant de Loire appellations, using Sauvignon Blanc, Chenin Blanc, Cabernet Franc, and Gamay. The wines reflect the diverse soils of the Cher valley.
