Champagne Collard-Picard

About the Winery

In 1996, Caroline and Olivier united their names, Picard and Collard, to create their Champagne house. Today, their youngest son Alexandre, with a diploma in vineyard management from the OIV, has joined them. This 16-hectare estate is divided between the right bank of the Marne Valley (Collard heritage) and the Côte des Blancs (Picard heritage). Since 2013, the house has had a prestigious address in Épernay on the Avenue de Champagne. According to the Collard tradition, the wines are aged in oak foudres and do not undergo malolactic fermentation, resulting in Champagnes with freshness, tension, and aging potential.
