About the Winery
The Parigot family has been working for three generations with the same passion in the most beautiful terroirs of the Côte de Beaune and the Côte de Nuits. Georges Parigot created the estate in 1950 in Meloisey. Régis Parigot joined in 1968, and Alexandre Parigot arrived in 2004 after training with Vincent Girardin. The domaine now covers 16 hectares producing 16 different appellations and about 100,000 bottles per year. The estate has HVE certification and works between raisonnée and organic methods. The range extends from Hautes-Côtes de Beaune to prestigious Premier Crus.
