About the Winery

Former Parisian restaurateurs Benjamin Defresne and his wife Marie-Andrée took over this estate in 1990: 30 hectares of vines on schist and clay soils, a few cables from the Mediterranean. In 2021, Pascal Debon and Thibault de Saint-Vincent joined the domaine to give it new momentum, alongside Victoria, the daughter of the Defresne couple. The estate is classified HVE Level 3 (High Environmental Value) and cultivates 8 grape varieties. All grapes are harvested by hand. The estate produces Côtes de Provence AOP wines including Rose, white, and red.
