About the Winery
Between Lake Bourget to the south and the Rhône to the west, Chautagne is a small country 15 km long. The local cooperative, founded in 1952, brings together about fifty winegrowers and vinifies the harvest from 100 hectares of vines. Located in the Savoie region, the cooperative produces wines typical of the Alpine vineyards, including Mondeuse for reds and Jacquère for whites, reflecting the unique terroir of the Chautagne area near the lake.
“A wine cooperative founded in 1952, uniting about fifty growers and vinifying 100 hectares in the Chautagne area of Savoie.”
