About the Winery
Founded in 1904 in Epfig at the heart of the Alsatian vineyard, Maison Arthur Metz is located in Marlenheim, the northern gateway to the Wine Route. The house has developed its own vineyards since 2011, now operating 85 hectares of owned vineyards producing 15 Alsatian Grands Crus. The house maintains strong relationships with grape suppliers and works with over 650 winegrowers cultivating more than 1,000 hectares. Now part of the Grands Chais de France group since 1991, Arthur Metz is well-known for its Crémants d'Alsace and produces a wide range of wines including Riesling, Gewurztraminer, Pinot Gris, and Sylvaner. The house has three sites in the Bas-Rhin.
